Shipping and returns
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
Delivery
Standard shipping is $8 and Express is $15. Shipping is free on orders over $70. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened treatments, fibers and derma rollers cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not pay return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
